01Agreement
These terms apply when you sign up for, install, or use the assistant, and when you use this website. By signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Enterprise customers may have a separate signed agreement; where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement applies.
02The service
The assistant is added to your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. It answers questions from knowledge sources you connect and performs defined actions in tools you connect, such as booking rooms, pulling reports, drafting documents, filing requests, and raising tickets.
Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a billing period without notice.
03Accounts and admins
- Login credentials are sent to the email given at sign up. Keep them confidential.
- Admins you appoint control connections, roles, enabled actions, and retention for your workspace.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping the list of admins current.
04Connected tools and permissions
You authorise each connection and decide its scope. The assistant acts within the requesting employee's own permissions in each connected tool and within the roles your admins set. It does not grant new access.
You remain responsible for the permissions configured in your own tools. If an employee has access in a tool, the assistant may use that access to complete a request that employee makes, where the action has been enabled.
05Your responsibilities
- Use the service in line with our Acceptable Use policy and applicable law.
- Have the right to connect the tools and content you connect.
- Tell employees that the assistant is in use and how requests are recorded.
- Review actions that matter to your business, particularly where a record is created or changed.
06AI answers and actions
Answers are generated from your connected knowledge and show their source. Like any AI system, the assistant can misread a request or a document. Employees should check important answers against the linked source.
Actions that create or change records are confirmed with the requester before they run. Every action is recorded in the audit trail so it can be reviewed and, where the tool allows, reversed.
07Your data
You own the content in your workspace and connected tools. You grant us the rights needed to process it to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
08Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed per the quote or order you accept. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
09Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by removing the app and closing your workspace. We may suspend access where there is a serious breach of these terms, a security risk, or unpaid fees, and will tell you why. After closure, workspace data is deleted according to the retention terms that apply to you.
10Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes.
