Acceptable Use

The assistant is built to help employees get routine work done inside their company's own tools. This policy sets out the uses that are not allowed, so the service stays safe for every workspace.

• Do not try to use the assistant to reach data or perform actions outside your own access.
• Do not attempt to bypass role limits, channel restrictions, or confirmation steps set by your admins.
• Do not share login credentials or connect tools you are not authorised to connect.

• Do not use it to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
• Do not use it to create or send spam, phishing, or deceptive messages.
• Do not connect content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not overload it with automated requests or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not attempt to extract other customers' data or interfere with their workspaces.

If you believe the assistant has been misused, or you have found a security issue, tell us through the contact form. Include what happened and when, and we will investigate.

Where a breach of this policy puts users or the service at risk, we may limit or suspend the affected access. We will tell the workspace admins what happened and work with them to resolve it.
