Mahadrone
The assistant

One front door.
Every tool behind it.

Mahadrone is the place your people go to ask for anything. It answers, it acts, and it knows which internal system each request belongs to.

The dispatch loop, stop by stop.

Every request, simple or not, follows the same four stops. That consistency is what makes the assistant predictable for employees and reviewable for admins.

01Ask

A request in plain language

Employees type the way they talk: “book the 4th floor room for Thursday 3 PM” or “what is our travel reimbursement policy?”. No forms, no commands to memorise, no tool names required.

  • Works in direct messages and channel mentions
  • Understands follow-ups in the same thread
  • Asks one short question when a detail is missing
02Route

The right tool, chosen for them

Mahadrone reads the intent of the request and picks the tool or knowledge source that can handle it. A booking goes to the calendar, a number goes to reporting, a policy question goes to the handbook.

  • Matches intent against connected tools
  • Checks the requester's access before acting
  • Hands off to a person when a request needs one
03Do

An answer, or a finished task

For questions, it answers from connected knowledge and cites the source. For tasks, it performs a defined action in the connected tool, such as creating a booking, exporting a report, or filing a request.

  • Only defined, admin-approved actions
  • Runs with the requester's own permissions
  • Confirms first when an action changes something important
04Confirm

The result, back where they asked

The reply lands in the same thread with what was done and where. The same record is written to the audit trail, so admins can see every request, route, and outcome.

  • Clear confirmation with a link to the result
  • Plain explanation when something cannot be done
  • Every step recorded for review

When a detail is missing, it asks once.

Real requests are often incomplete. Rather than guessing, Mahadrone asks one short follow-up, then finishes the job. It never books, files, or shares on a guess.

Routes, then clarifies

It knows this is a calendar task before asking for the time.

Checks access first

It only offers rooms the requester is allowed to book.
