We watched good people lose part of every day just finding the right door.
The tools were never the problem. Getting to them was.
Every company we looked at had capable tools: a calendar, a reporting system, a document store, an HR portal, an IT desk. And in every one of them, people spent a real part of the day working out which of those tools, or which person, could handle something small.
Booking a room meant finding the right calendar. Pulling a number meant asking the one person with access to the dashboard. A policy question went into a busy channel and got answered from memory by whoever saw it first, if anyone did.
None of those requests were hard. They were just scattered. So we built Mahadrone to sit in front of all of it: one place to ask, inside the chat people already use, that knows where each request belongs, and that can finish the simple ones itself.
The name comes from the idea at the centre of the product. A request is dispatched from the chat to the place that can handle it, and it comes back done.
Three principles behind every decision.
One front door, not a dozen logins.
People should not need to know where things live to get them done. They should ask once, in the place they already work, and the request should find its way.
Real actions, not just answers.
Telling someone which form to fill is only half the job. When a task is simple and defined, the assistant should do it and come back with the result.
Only ever within the access the person already has.
An assistant that can act must never become a way around access controls. If a person could not do it themselves, the assistant will not do it for them.
What we build
An AI assistant that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, answers from company knowledge, and performs defined tasks in connected tools.
Who it is for
Companies whose operations teams field too many small requests, and whose IT teams want one governed way in to internal tools.
How we work with you
We start small, with one or two tools, and expand as your team trusts the assistant with more.
