It lives where your
people already talk.
Mahadrone is added to your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace as an app. There is nothing new to install on laptops and nothing new to learn: employees message it like a colleague.

Personal requests stay one to one.
Anything tied to one person, such as a leave balance, a personal report, or a booking in their name, is handled in a direct message. Nobody else in the workspace sees the request or the reply.
- Private by default for personal data
- Follow-ups continue in the same conversation
- Results link straight to the connected tool

Mahadrone
In a channel, it answers once for everyone.
Mention Mahadrone in a team channel and it replies in a thread. The answer stays visible to the team, so the same question does not need to be asked again next week. If a request in a channel involves personal information, it moves the reply to a direct message.
- Replies in thread to keep channels tidy
- Moves personal details into a direct message
- Admins choose which channels it can join

Setup, and what admin approval is needed.
Adding Mahadrone needs one person with permission to install apps in your workspace. In Slack that is a workspace owner or admin. In Microsoft Teams it is a Teams administrator, who approves the app in the Teams admin center.
The chat install itself is short. How long the rest takes depends on how many tools you connect and how your approval process for each one works. We guide you through it during onboarding.
- 1
Sign up and choose your chat platform
Pick Slack or Microsoft Teams. You will receive your console login details by email.
- 2
Install and approve the app
An admin approves the Mahadrone app and reviews the permissions it asks for before anything is granted.
- 3
Connect your first tools
Start with one or two, such as your calendar and a knowledge source. Each connection is scoped by an admin.
- 4
Set who can use what
Choose which teams can use which actions. Everything else stays switched off until you turn it on.
- 5
Open the front door
Announce it in a channel. From then on, people just ask.
How it behaves inside the chat.
Plain language
No slash commands to memorise. Requests are written the way people normally write.
Threaded replies
Answers go into the thread of the original message so channels stay readable.
Mention to summon
In channels, it only responds when it is mentioned. It does not read along uninvited.
Knows who is asking
Each request is tied to the employee's chat identity, which is how permissions are applied.
Updates come back
When a routed ticket or approval changes status, the update lands in the same thread.
Channel controls
Admins decide which channels it can join and which actions are allowed there.
Do we need both Slack and Teams?+
No. Mahadrone works with whichever one your company uses. If different parts of your company use different platforms, talk to us about connecting both.
Does it read every message in our channels?+
No. In channels it responds only when mentioned. In direct messages it reads the messages sent to it.
Can we limit it to a few channels while we try it?+
Yes. Admins choose which channels it can be added to, and which teams can use it at all.
What do employees need to do to start?+
Nothing beyond finding Mahadrone in the app list and sending a message. There is no separate account for employees to create.
Your first request is one message away.
